Administered by Ms. Georgia Anastasiou, graduate of Kingston University and degree holder in Estate Management, the Estate Management department valuates all real estate properties as a part of the financial services that Africanos Property Developers provides. Specifically, property is evaluated to establish its market value for the purposes of re-sale, and also to aid in administering loans and/or mortgages required in order to purchase property.

This division ensures that the service, which is provided to customers, is quality controlled and communicated correctly and thoroughly to customers.
